Amber Heard has broken her silence regarding Blake Lively’s ongoing lawsuit against It Ends with Us director Justin Baldoni. Lively claims Baldoni sexually harassed her during filming and launched a social media smear campaign to damage her reputation.

“Social media embodies the classic saying, ‘A lie travels halfway around the world before truth can get its boots on,’” she shared. “I’ve witnessed this firsthand, and it’s as damaging as it is widespread.”
Her comments echo the experience of being targeted in the public eye, a situation she knows all too well after her 2022 defamation trial with Depp, in which he won £12 million in damages.

PR Expert Melissa Nathan Faces New Criticism
Melissa Nathan, the PR expert who managed Depp’s public relations during his legal battle with Heard, is again under scrutiny for her role in Baldoni’s alleged tactics.

After Baldoni hired Nathan’s firm during the It Ends with Us production, rumors began circulating about a strained relationship between Lively and Baldoni. The two were noticeably absent from joint promotional appearances for the film.
Messages revealed in court filings suggest Baldoni’s PR team worked on strategies to damage Lively’s public image. One text exchange even discussed the desire to “bury” Lively’s reputation, with Nathan cautioning the need for discretion to avoid legal consequences.
